How to install VLC Portable to a USB device

1. Download VLC_Portable_0.9.8a.paf.exe
2. Run the VLC_Portable_0.9.8a.paf.exe and follow the onscreen instruction, installing to your USB device
3. Click the VLCPortable.exe from the VLCPortable folder to launch the Portable Media Player
